We keep this deliberately small: we ask for the least we can and we do not sell anything about you.
What we collect
When you buy the guide we store your email address, an optional first name, and the order details we need to deliver it: amount, currency, payment status, the Stripe references for your payment, and whether your download link has been used.
If you send a support request we store the email address you give us, an optional order reference and your message, so we can reply and fix the problem.
We record which article a purchase came from so we know which free articles are useful. That is a page address, not anything about you.
Payments
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach this site.
Your purchase email is used to deliver your guide and provide support. We will only use it to send you updates about new articles, guides or products if you separately choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We do not sell your email address or share it for third-party advertising.
Guide waitlist
If you join the waitlist for The 3AM Newborn Guide, we store your email address, any first name you provide, and the date you joined. We use it to send you a confirmation that you’ve joined, and to email you once when the guide is available. Joining the waitlist does not sign you up to any other emails or email series.
We use our email marketing provider, Brevo, to keep the waitlist and send that one email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email, or by asking us through the support page. We do not sell your email address or share it for third-party advertising.
Free resources and email series
If you request a free resource and choose to receive the accompanying email series, we use your email address and any first name you provide to deliver the resource and those emails. Requesting the free cheat sheet also adds you to the guide waitlist, so you’ll get the one email when the guide is available. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may use an email marketing provider to deliver marketing emails and manage unsubscribes. We do not sell your email address or share it for third-party advertising.
Your data
You can ask us to delete your details through the support page. Order records we are required to keep for accounting may be retained.
