Delivery

Your download is available immediately after payment on the confirmation page, and we also email you a link. Download links are refreshed rather than expired, so you can request a new one at any time through the support page.

Personal use

The guide is for your own personal use. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute it. You are very welcome to tell people about it.

Marketing emails

Marketing emails are optional, are only sent if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe from them at any time.

Refunds and problems

If you were charged twice, cannot open the file, used the wrong email address, or something else has gone wrong, contact us through the support page and we will sort it out.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with a right to a remedy for a problem with the guide or its supply, those rights continue to apply.
